BLACKbox and GMail shaking hands, saving huge costs

By the time you receive this interesting reading, most SMEs will be closer to complexities of GST adoption in their businesses.. Festive holidays of August refresh us to face September, end of Q2 and half year, of course, first lap of chasing targets, utilize budgets, and tax planning.

Well, in this week, we are all busy launching another path breaking technology solution, this time for emails.

We have observed that SMEs face specific challenges

on their email system. Viruses, Spams, Small Size Mailbox,

Lack of Email Backup, Lack of Flexibility on

Multiple Devices and Syncing.

In this festive and joyful times, I am excited to unveil our new path breaking solution, this time it is in collaboration and partnership with Google.

What is the idea about this Path Breaking Email System?

While our engaging association with SMEs, we have noticed few interesting points on how SMEs use their emails. 

SMEs have two type of email users.

One type belongs to top management who use multiple device, travel extensively and need emails on the go anytime anywhere. 

Another type belongs to mid and lower cadre of organization who mostly download their emails from specific desktop, laptop on email client through POP3. They do not need multi-device syncing, large mail boxes and anytime anywhere access. 

As we appreciate, GMail is one of the most reputed and reliable enterprise email system. Most SMEs find it pinchingly expensive as not all of their email users (read type 2 email users) use all the features except few users (read type 1 email users).

What is great about our solution?

We have developed DNS splitter technology on top of GMail email platform which allows SMEs to pay full to GMail for type 1 user and pay substantially less for type 2 users. Type 1 users enjoy all facilities of GMail, e.g. Multi device syncing, great uptime, fantastic antispam technology, large mail box, apps like google drive and many. Type 2 users can use the same GMail account over POP3 and still enjoy fantastic antispam technology, security and uptime of GMail services. These accounts share a pool account of GBs so “mailbox full” errors can be completely eliminated.

Way Forward

This is an ambitious project we have been working on. After very successful launch of SSD based power-packed BLACKbox and BLACKbox on data center this is an effective solution for SMEs to minimize recurring cost on email system.

This solution can reduce GMail cost by 75% on annual

basis for Indian SMEs,

matching any global quality standards of performance, reliability
