How can the admin password be recovered if forgotten?
Admin password of the BLACKbox device system should be preserved with utmost care. If the admin password of the BLACKbox console is lost, the STPL team can help recover it. But, if the admin password of the BLACKbox device is lost, it cannot be recovered.
